AB  - Dr.  Raymond.  E.  Phillips  practiced  internal  medicine  in  the  towns  of  Tarrytown  and  Sleepy  Hollow  in  New  York.  He  is  an  Associate  Professor  of  Clinical  Medicine  at  New  York  Medical  College  and  is  a  Fellow  of  the  American  College  of  Physicians.  In  addition,  he  has  directed  the  Institute  for  the  Vascular  Clinic  at  The  Foot  Clinics  of  New  York  City  and  at  the  Institute  for  Circulation  Studies  in  Ossining  and  White  Plains,  New  York.  He  is  Medical  Director  of  Medical  Exchange  International,  a  not-for-profit  organization  providing  patient  care  and  professional  education  in  needy  areas  overseas.  A  graduate  of  Yale  Medical  School,  he  served  as  resident  in  internal  medicine  at  Baltimore  City  Hospitals,  Johns  Hopkins  University  and  at  New  York  Hospital,  Cornell  University.
