AB Sitting  at  home  in  the  midst  of  COVID-19,  I  take  a  respite  from  the  world  of  "tele-everything"  to  contemplate  the  disrupted  world  around  me.  I'm  now  a  dean  of  a  school  of  public  health,  and  in  the  midst  of  this  public  health  crisis,  the  critical  themes  that  resonate  now  include  the  need  for  us  to  communicate  clearly,  to  share  what  we  know  and  don't  know,  and  to  see  the  importance  of  working  together  to  better  the  situation  and  to  serve  others.  What  a  perfect  time  to  be  writing  a  foreword  for  this  tome—  Dermatologic  Surgery  and  Cosmetic  Procedures  in  Primary  Care  Practice—by  my  friend  and  colleague  Jonathan  Kantor.  For  this  work  is  in  essence  a  clear  communication  and  a  sharing  of  knowledge,  with  the  goal  of  serving  our  patients.
