AB SUMMARYThe  role  of  oral  nonsteroidal  anti-inflammatory  drugs  (NSAIDs)  in  skin  cancer  chemoprevention  is  under  investigation.  Animal  and  human  studies  suggest  that  these  drugs  may  reduce  the  risk  of  developing  both  nonmelanoma  and  melanoma  skin  cancers.
